Leveraging on more than a decade of experience, the company was formed by the divestment of the telecommunications service division of Guarantors Telecoms and has been in operation for so many years. -

Incorporation
Incorporated on the 22nd day of October 2010 as Synchronised Synergy Ltd. under the companies and allied matters act 1990 of the corporate affairs commission in Nigeria as information, communication and technology services provider with RC 917887.
